Refund policy

Digital downloads are emailed to you straight after purchase. Because you get the file instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, email hello@keaniunehara.com within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Art prints are printed to order, just for you, so we don't accept returns for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email hello@keaniunehara.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the print and its packaging. We'll reprint it or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
